Introduction and Acceptance
The Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the Services offered on the 333v platform (the Site). By registering, logging in or participating in any Games or Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must refrain from accessing or using the Site and any related Services.
Eligibility, Age and Jurisdiction
You must be at least 18 years old, or the minimum age required by the jurisdiction in which you access the Site, whichever is higher. Software License and Intellectual Property
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software and related Documentation solely for the purposes described in these Terms. You may not sell, rent, lease, transfer or sublicense the Software, nor decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer or create derivative works from it. Real Money Mode and Practice Mode
Services may be offered in either Real Money mode or Practice mode. In Real Money mode, you may wager and win or lose real funds. Funds must be available in your account balance and may be deposited using methods disclosed in the Cashier. In Practice mode, no real money is wagered and Practice balances are separate from Real Money balances. Features or progress in Practice mode do not transfer to Real Money mode. You acknowledge the risk of loss when participating in Real Money play and understand RTP and game rules are stated within each game’s rules.
Deposits, Withdrawals and Funds Handling
Funds are held in accounts separate from operational cash and are not insured by government agencies unless applicable by law. Payments and balances are denominated in currencies listed in the Cashier. Minimum deposits and withdrawal thresholds apply, and may vary by currency and payment method. You must use a payment method in your own name and the funds used to deposit must be owned by you. Promotions, Bonuses and Wagering

Each promotion will specify eligibility, promotional period, wagering requirements, bet sizing rules, and maximum payable amounts. Wagering requirements are calculated as a multiplier of the bonus and/or deposit and are satisfied by bets made on eligible games. Different game types contribute differently to wagering requirements; non-qualifying bets, game malfunctions or attempts to exploit promotions may void relevant bonuses and winnings. If you cancel a redeemed bonus or fail to meet the promotional terms within the stipulated period, the bonus and any winnings may be forfeited. No-deposit bonuses, if offered, carry specific terms regarding wagering, time limits, and withdrawal restrictions.

Governing Law and Disputes
