Official Time and Action by Sport
Wagers on events become official when the event reaches the minimum playing time or stage defined for that sport. If an event is suspended, postponed, or not completed on the day of initiation, wagers may be void or considered no action unless the bet type specifies otherwise. Governing bodies and official sources determine results where applicable, and unresolved outcomes are governed by these rules.
- Football (American and Canadian) and other football codes: bets require specified minutes of play to be official; overtime treatment is defined per bet type.
- Basketball: for non NBA events, a minimum of 35 minutes of play is required for action; NBA events generally require 43 minutes of play for action.
- Baseball: sides, totals, and run lines require five complete innings (4 ½ if the home team leads) to be official; totals and run lines typically extend to nine innings (8 ½ if the home team leads).
- Hockey: wagers are official after 55 minutes of play; overtime and shootouts are treated as defined by the wager type.
- Tennis: matches become official upon the first ball being served; results are determined by the event’s official statistics.
- Soccer: if a match is suspended before full time and not completed the same day, wagers on the outcome are void and refunded unless stated otherwise.
General Wagering Rules
We reserve the right to cancel or adjust wagers for reasons including bad line postings, cheating, or incorrect matchups. Bets may be voided if outcomes can be deduced from the score or if events are not conducted as scheduled. If a game is officially nullified or changed by governing bodies, wagers are settled in accordance with the governing rules or the 333v policy for unresolved situations.
Baseball Specific Rules
Baseball markets include Money Line, Run Line and Totals. A 20 cent price is used for Run Lines and Totals. Listed Pitchers rules apply, and actions are defined as follows:
- ACTION: bet is regardless of starting pitcher; any pitcher can fulfill action.
- LISTED PITCHERS LP: both listed pitchers must start for action; otherwise the bet is No Action.
- YOUR TEAM PITCHER PT: your team’s listed pitcher must start for action; other team pitchers may start.
- OPPOSING PITCHER TP: listed opposing pitcher must start for action; your team may use any starter.
Run Lines and Totals require nine innings of play (8 ½ if the home team is winning) for action. Bets are refunded if there is a pitching change and the game ends; parlays and round robins combining totals or run lines from the same game are not accepted. Rain or shine rules apply to prop markets and inning based bets; bets may remain final even if a game is shortened by weather. Grand Salami bets involve all games in the board and require full nine innings; playoff and WBC rules apply as specified by the governing bodies or the operator if not otherwise stated.
Other Sports Specific Notes
Soccer and tennis markets follow standard practice for suspensions and incomplete matches. In events where overtime is possible, wager terms specify whether overtime is included or excluded. For all categories not explicitly covered, 333v will apply the applicable governing rules and standard industry practices to determine results.
In Play and Live Betting
In play or live betting is available when permitted by the event and platform capabilities. Settlements are based on the official final results or the endpoint defined at the time of wager placement and subject to the sport rules above.
Disputes, Amendments, and Notifications
333v resolves any disputes in good faith and reserves the right to amend these terms. Updated rules apply to new wagers after publication. Players will be notified of material changes via the account or site announcements.
